Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Art'st Studio Ads account and all personal data at any time. Türkçe: Veri silme talimatı.

1. Delete in Settings (recommended)

1. Sign in at ads.artststudio.com.
2. Open Settings from the account menu (top right).
3. Choose Delete my account and data and type SİL to confirm.

Your account, Meta and Google access tokens, campaign drafts and settings are deleted immediately; removal from backups completes within 7 days. Campaigns already published remain in your own Meta or Google ad account; we recommend pausing them first.

2. Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram

Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Art'st Studio and send a data deletion request. When the request reaches us your Meta access token is deleted automatically and you receive a confirmation code.

3. Remove the Google connection

Disconnect Google Ads in Settings → Connections, or revoke access on your Google Account permissions page. The access token is deleted immediately.

4. Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email iletisim@artststudio.com from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request". After verifying your identity we delete your data within 30 days and confirm.
